When we find out a baby is on the way, a million things start going through our minds. And not just the mommas. Grandma’s, sisters, besties, spouses, all become involved. Countless hours researching and preparing, and we still feel like we’re missing something. Plus, when it comes to our kids, money isn’t an object most of the time. You may think you know everything you need, but I promise this book will help you! It’s a great read. Plus, it’ll give you the satisfaction of being more prepared and you can create your own fun reminders for milestones. I applied this book so many times while my son was in his first year. 2. Baby Wipe Warmer

This hiccapop wipe warmer was a hit for me. The design is nice and easy to use. It made a huge difference in diaper change time when my son was an infant. I do recommend using it frequently if you do plan on using a wipe warmer. When I started slacking on it, the wipes would dry out and turned brown on the bottom. 3. Fisher-Price Baby Playmat & Gym

My son LOVED this cute little gym. It was the first thing he actually started noticing and playing with. I would lay him down while I did some housework, and he would reach for the characters and kick his feet against the piano. Sometimes I miss hearing those songs in the house. The piano can turn or detach. As he got older, I would sit him on the lounger part of our couch and put the piano over him to play with his hands. Definitely an attention getter for little ones!

4. Baby Diaper Caddy

A baby diaper caddy will make your life so much easier. I would keep this packed with the essentials and it would stay in the living room during the day and then our room at night. 5. Three Lollies Preggie Drops

Who doesn’t love a classic? My son is 2 and is playing with these now more than ever. Any kind of puzzle/challenge will interest them for years. They can learn about colors, size, shapes, and problem-solving. This two-piece set is $16.99

8. Bright Starts Pop N’ Jump Canopy Chair

This was used all throughout my son’s first summer. The toys attached kept him entertained for what felt like forever. We could enjoy outside time with the sun being blocked off of him. The height is adjustable. This chair is wonderful!

9. Battery Operated Stroller Fan

There are several flexible stroller fans to choose from, but this one from AMACOOL is the one I have used and had great results with. It’s chargeable, has 3 speeds, and holds very well. You can choose between black, blue, and pink.

10. Fisher-Price Jumperoo

My son love, love, LOVED this. We have several precious videos of him bouncing in this and the memories we made will last a lifetime. This bouncer is what he was using the very first time he started putting pressure on his legs for exercise and it worked! The seat itself rotates 360 degrees and the height is adjustable.

11. Baby’s First Sunglasses

These sunglasses are stylish and seem to be comfortable. My son never put up a fight with these and wore them well. They each have an adjustable strap in the back to help keep the glasses secure on their face. There are several color combinations to choose from, including pink!

13. Fruit Feeder Pacifier

These pacifiers are a wonderful invention. This was our key method for introducing fruits and solid foods. We never used it to freeze anything, like you may see in other posts and videos, but I’m sure that is a wonderful use for these as well. Especially for teething babies. This design is $6.99.
