Welcome to my blog! My name is Kaitlyn. Like most women in their 30s, I’ve been unsure of what hobbies and ways of income I wanted to create for myself. After being a nurse for 11 years, I can happily say that I currently have the opportunity to be a stay-at-home mom to my 2-year-old son, thanks to my hard-working husband. However, I struggle with the thought of not providing some sort of income after doing so since becoming an adult. I have dabbled in arts and crafts, started a photography business, and considered opening a boutique. Now, I get to focus on doing something I have wanted to do since my teenage years- running a blog and working towards writing. Becoming an author would be a dream come true. My sweet son will always come first, but being in the comforts of my own home and having this time I have never had before makes me excited to see what I can accomplish! This blog does not have a specific niche. Even though that was the most common recommendation I read about, I have too broad of an imagination and desire to share things to limit myself to one style. Isn’t that how life truly works anyway? There really aren’t any rules. This blog will consist of anything and everything. Daily lifestyle tips, educational ideas for little ones, fun activities, maybe some recipes, art, traveling, animals, journaling, etc. I hope to gain your support and friendship!
